Lymph node?: It sounds like this might be a small lymph node. If you have had any recent ear/respiratory symptoms the node could be a reaction from that. If no symptoms now, you can probably keep an eye on it/recheck size 1-2x/week for a few weeks, but see Dr for exam if no smaller or if pain/enlargement/new symptoms develop
