Abdominal Pain: Persistent Abdominal pain can be very uncomfortable and indicate that there is some kind of problem internally. Since it has been going on for a while and is not improving, you should see your Dr for a full History, thorough Exam and lab tests. Delaying care may just cause the problem to worsen

See doc or go to ER: You need an abdominal exam by a doctor to determine if this is a surgical emergency and you should not wait. If it's not something emergent like an appendicitis, it could still be something serious such as a kidney stone or gallstone that still requires surgery or other intervention. If none of the above you and your provider can then relax and sift through the other possible causes of your pain.
