For most Americans : Contrary to popular belief and practitioners of medicine selling vitamins, most Americans have no Vitamin D deficiency, with the possible exception of strict vegetarians, pregnant women, unusual diets and proven lack of D. Save your money spent on D and other vitamins, and buy a gym membership. The only proven benefits come from a healthy diet and regular exercise.
