What should i do, and how can i get tested for covid-19? i'm concerned, because i'm having a dry cough for 2 weeks, feeling fatigue and irritated throat, with night sweating. i'm also a type 1 diabetic?

Covid : These symptoms can be related to covid. Contact your local health department to see where the nearest covid testing station is. Most urgent cares and some pharmacies are also doing testing. Would be better to call them before going.

In ZA, a medical provider evals to decide if COVID 19 testing is indicated. Contact your own medical provider or get telemedicine consult from an on-line provider. You can use one of the free on-line apps check your risk.
