COVID 19 : This is possibly COVID 19, although there are possibilities. You should have a telemedicine visit with a doctor. If you have difficulties breathing, chest symptoms, dizziness, or severe fatigue see a doctor in person right away- call ahead before you go. Keep isolated, stay in one room alone. Do not leave the room unless it is related to your health, for doctors' appointments or testing.

Possible COVID 19: Unless there is a severe medical issue, waiting 24 hours may be reasonable. Your COVID results are valuable.Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure
