See a doc: This is not normal. There are not a lot of 18 yo males who have had their gallbladder out. You may want to get a second opinion. Sounds like you need a work up by a caring physician. Without sitting down with you, examining you i cannot give specific recommendations. Sounds like a missed congenital problem.
