Possibly antibiotics: They may give you antibiotics, but more important to discuss all of your symptoms and duration of symptoms. Mucinex (guaifenesin) and dextromethorphan as listed on your medications is a good start. This may be viral, but the medical provider at the urgent care should be able to elicit the history and exam which will drive treatment.
