Focus on nutrition: There is little if anything that medication can offer a kid that age with cold symptoms. There are many OTC meds promoted for this process, but studies in the US showed no benefit below the age of 6 & little to those older. The body can heal best with good nutritional support & rest. I focus on that for young kids. This site does not offer prescriptions/notes or other forms of direct care.

No RX will help: There is no prescription that will help the symptoms you have listed. Sounds like a viral respiratory infection, so doesn't need antibiotics. Cough medicines in under 6 year olds do much more harm than good. Instead, use a humidifier next to bed, saline drops in nose to clear congestion. Consider getting child tested for Covid-19 and influenza so you know what you're dealing with.
