None.: There is currently no medication routinely prescribed for Covid-19 infections. Some patients which have to be hospitalized for difficulty breathing or multi organ problems may receive IV remdesivir, or plasma or other high risk treatments. None of these would be used outpatient in a pregnant person. Treat symptoms: Acetaminophen for pain, fever. Drink lots of fluids, rest.

COVID 19: No specific meds. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. May use acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Consider medical consultation for testing.
