South Africa??: Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. My understanding is that in South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not.

Testing: Call your dr. to see where testing for current covid 19 infection can be performed. Also quarantine according to local guidelines.
