Seek in person exam : Any lump in your breasts can be abnormal and should be examined by your Dr and imaged. You should be having annual breast exams at your GP's office and examining your own breasts monthly. Hopefully it will be benign and represent a cyst or glandular tissue, but it may be something more serious that you don't want to delay getting a diagnosis on.
