Nausea: Talk to her Dr about a prescription for Ondansetron. This is a powerful anti nausea med that is typically used in chemotherapy patients and others to control nausea and vomiting due to med side effects. it may also help with the shaking.

Change Use schedule : Need to know more about the particular pain medication she is using. However, the following might be helpful - Using analgesics after a meal - Changing the medication to one that is better tolerated - Anti Nausea Medications If symptoms persists, further evaluation might be necessary

Prescribing doc: Her prescribing doc should be aware of her symptoms. If indeed the nausea is a side effect, as there are many other possibilities for her nausea, her pain meds need to be reviewed and changes/ adjustments made.
