I had corona virus (today is day 14 after diagnosis) and the diarrhea is insane. it went away a couple of daya ago and today it is back with vengeance. please help?

Stool test: At this point would get stool test to rule out other infections that may be happening and may need treatment different that just for Covid. Continue taking plenty of liquids and consider probiotics and high fiber foods until test results known to guide further treatment. Work with physician but get sample tested soon.
