It happens: These are usually simple skin tags that arise when a stretch/tear in the anus heals. The tags can grow to significant size but usually shrink down over time. You can apply topical hydrocortizone cream if it is irritated. If it persists & troubles you the doc can take it off. It is often an office procedure.
