IUD: Go to a Gynecologist Doctor to have the IUD removed. If you are uncomfortable with your Dr. see another. If you can't find a Dr. goto the Emergency Room of your hospital.

Seek gyn evaluation: A urine culture will help confirm if you have a bacterial infection and identify the best ANTIBIOTIC to treat it. A vaginal fungal infection may be treated with an ANTIFUNGAL medication, a different treatment. It is very unlikely that your IUD has anything to do with either a bacterial infection of your bladder or a fungal infection of your vagina. A gyn pelvic exam may answer your other concerns.
