A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bacterial: Vaginosis is a vaginal infection that mostly doesn't become a uterine infection. Treatment is typically an antibiotic gel or cream taken vaginally though sometimes antibiotic pills are given. Douching increases chance of getting BV so avoid that.
