Observe: The baby may not develop any symptoms and a Serologic test may be ordered at a later time to determine if there are specific antibodies to SARS CoV-2. Some children may become quite ill, but most do not have more than mild symptoms. Watch for signs of fever, cough, poor feeding and please follow up with a virtual or in person visit.
