Self-isolate: Self-isolate with your 4 month old; watch for symptoms in you or your baby: fever, cough, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, or nausea or vomiting.Contact your/baby's doctor if symptoms appear.Get emergency help if trouble breathing, chest pain, blue lips, confusion, worsening.

Observe: The baby may not develop any symptoms and a Serologic test may be ordered at a later time to determine if there are specific antibodies to SARS CoV-2. Some children may become quite ill, but most do not have more than mild symptoms. Watch for signs of fever, cough, poor feeding and please follow up with a virtual or in person visit.
