See a doctor: Hi. Is to safe to assume your hypothyroidism is treated and that you therefore have normal thyroid function? I hope so. Chest pain can be from many things. At your age, atherosclerotic heart disease is unlikely. Your doctor can help you sort it out. Likewise, your anemia. Many possible causes. Your doc can consider likely causes and run the appropriate tests. Good luck!

See your doctor: It is unlikely that hypothyroidism or "low blood count" is the cause of your chest pain. However, chest pain due to arthritis, hypothyroidism, and low blood counts may be related to an underlying autoimmune condition. This should be evaluated by a doctor.
