Hi, doctors i have abdominal pain that has been with me for about two or three days. my bowel movements and urination is normal. however, my stomach goes into spasmodic cramps every few minutes. it's so painful that i have to stop what i'm doing?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You should talk to a local pharmacist for over the counter anti-spasmodic medication. If that does not resolve the matter in a couple of days it would be prudent to see a doctor.
