I am 9 weeks pregnant and my sugar keeps dropping. i am eating more regularly but i constantly get white spots in my eyes for about 20min followed by a headache. when i test my sugar after this happens it's as low as 3.9 - can this harm my baby?

Talk to your Dr ASAP: Hypoglycemia during pregnancy can be dangerous. Please let your OB know about these symptoms. They may suggest regular oral glucose to keep your blood sugar at a normal level. Tests may also be needed to determine if there is an endocrine problem causing this.
