Most recent cbc showed 1% immature granulocytes . ive had many cbc ordered over the years and ive always had 0%. this change... could it be leukaemia?

Not leukemia: This can occur entirely normally. If anything is wrong at all, it's probably an infection -- but if no fever or other symptoms, nothing to worry about. Leukemia would cause many more and more severe CBC abnormalities than this -- no worries there.
