Covid ?'s: A positive Covid test with symptoms and respiratory components may qualify for steroid therapy, but check with your primary care physician, as systemic steroids (IV or by muscular injection) should be evaluated by a physician experienced in dealing with the respiratory components of a Covid infection. If respiratory symptoms increase, go to an ED for evaluation.

COVID 19: Steroids are not usually necessary in the treatment of mild COVID 19 infections.Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
