My daughter had a spider bite. i did not see spider. just saw bites so think its a spider. she broke out into hives. the hives gof bad but have now mainly disappeared. giving her cetirizine. do hives come and go? does she need a doctor still?

Hives: Unless you actually see the spider you just can't assume it is a spider bite. That isn't important anyway. Hives represent an allergic reaction. They can come and go and just need symptomatic relief like you are doing. No need to see a doctor unless there are breathing issues or an intense skin reaction.
