Constant flat rashes for weeks, doc dxd urticaria, worse in heated activity. mind going crazy w/ burningtold try zyrtec, (cetirizine) is it safe, not big on meds.

Zyrtec (cetirizine) ok: Even though your condition does not qualify as urticaria which consists of raised welts and usually itchy. there is no harm in trying Zyrtec (cetirizine) which is quite safe although it may cause mild drowsiness in about 10% of the people.
