COVID positive : I would get tested, if you are negative you can resume your usual activities. Test/isolate: it is still possible that you could develop symptoms, but most individuals show signs of infection by day 10. Continue to isolate and have testing completed. If you are without fever and symptoms and with a negative test, then it is less likely that you will develop COVID 19.
