Myself and 4 others just found out that 10 days ago, we were in contact with someone who tested positive for covid. but, none of us are showing any symptoms. should i let my colleagues know, and then get tested?

COVID 19.: At 10 days out, you would only have 4 more days of quarantine left. I don't believe that you would be medically approved for testing in the absence of symptoms since you live in South Africa. It is always appropriate to share this type of information.
