What it is the white small feather like hairs/threads on breasts? i notices it when i was breastfeeding very tiny easy to pull out.

Vellus hairs?: Maybe the vellus hairs (peach fuzz) grew longer during pregnancy, or perhaps more vellus hair follicles became active and grew hair during pregnancy. After pregnancy, one's hormones change back to non-pregnant status, so maybe the vellus hair follicles stopped growing as much, and the hairs were easily pulled out.
