Covid-19: Headache and Fever are both primary symptoms of Covid-19. You can get tested 4-5 days after symptoms start. Treat symptoms: Acetaminophen for headache/fever/body aches. Lots of fluids, esp electrolytes. Get lots of rest! and if you have any difficulty breathing, persistent chest pain, blue lips/nails, confusion or lethargy, talk to a Dr for evaluation.
