What have you done?: So, i'll assume you've already gone the tylenol (acetaminophen) route. Ibuprofen is not a great idea while pregnant or breastfeeding. So, what else is there? The most important thing really is to drink plenty of fluids. The headaches could be a herald of some infection, or could just be headaches. If you have a fever (temp above 100.4 degrees f) you may have an infection. See your doctor. Good luck!
