Call the service now: This may be a sign your blood pressure is elevating as a complication of pregnancy. You need to contact your ob's service & see if they want you to come in for monitoring. This could be something minor but you have two lives in the balance & you must take this seriously.

Not really: Go see your OB as soon as you can. It may just be a headache, but it is a concern for elevated blood pressure, pre-eclampsia or eclampsia. This can be very dangerous and put you and the baby at risk.
