Toenail: It depends on if its draining or not but usual for my patients is 7-10 days. Did your doctor give you instructions?

One week: I have my patients soak their toe in epsin salt soaks in warm water twice a day for 7 days with a little antibiotic ointment with a bandaid. After the 7th day, I have the patient place is toe in open air. Plus the sensitivity should be gone by the 7th day.
