Diarrhea : If you do not have fever or blood in your stool, but rather have loose stools that are frequent after eating certain foods, you can try a 24 hourperiod of only clear liquids followed by foods like bananas, rice cereal, applesauce, toast for 3 days.No proteins, milk or eggs or meat during this time.
