18yr old male. during the night when i lye down my head feel like it is shaking then after a while it goes then come back, my heart sometimes too feels like its quivering at the same time. i have ocd is this a symptom of it?

MAYBE... OR NOT!: Everyone needs an annual physical exam to make sure s/he physically & mentally well. Exam. includes history, physical: vitals like Ht, Wt, Temp, heart rate, Blood Pressure, etc; systemic exam: HEENT, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, GI, GU, etc; relevant needed tests e.g. blood/imaging, etc. If everything normal then we clear the patient. If you had a recent normal exam, then it is OCD.
