What would make my head tingle (middle,front head) then shaking and heart beating fast and hard ?

Tingling: Conditions that cause tachycardia and tingling. Flight or fright problems. Anxiety or panic attack, stimulant use, thyroid problem would be all conditions associated with that combination of symptoms.

Head tingle: More information is needed to address this concern. This may be anxiety. An autonomic nervous seizure seems less likely.
