STD or Folliculitis?: Pimples/ Pus filled bumps in the genital area can indicate several things. If these pus filled bumps are on the surface of the penis an STD is most common. If the bumps are on the thighs or where the hairs are located it can indicate folliculitis which occurs when hair follicles become plugged and infected. It would be wise to see a Dr for exam/treatment.
