A member asked:

Does a stomach ache and dizzy necessary mean i have covid? can it be other things? it is not a spinning dizzy its a side to side thing and not that bad on a scale of 1-10 its maybe a 2.5-3 stomach ache the same?

No: Could be a number of things beside Covid but best to be tested and know. Quarantine till then and if negative may want to contact ENT for evaluation for vertigo especially if symptoms get worse. Get plenty of rest and liquids either way and contact physician if positive as well.
