When i push down on my lacrimal lake and push it towards my eyeball i would see a white ring on the other side of my eye. it would get bigger the more i press i dont see anything but i might have some sort of optic neuritis, pain in the eye is rare?

? Chronic infection : You do NOT describe optic neuritis. But you might wonder about a sinus infection. Would see primary doctor, have her(him) look at this and go next step
