No known yet: There is not been sufficient since the start of vaccination, including clinical trials to know how long will the immunity last. At a minimum it is months, may be years. Get the vaccine (I did). Wish you good health!

Preliminary data: CDC reports on Doximity suggest that current vaccines may provide long-term immunity, at least a year but possibly "lifetime". This mRNA technology is brand new and indeed amazing, but hard to project long-term. Confounders: moderate-severe cases seem to have detectable IgG antibodies, but not detectable in mild cases, where memory T-cells carry response. But I WILL get it ASAP, so should you!
