Every 24 hours only: Dosing of Exinef/Arcoxia is every 24 hours. You cannot take it again sooner than that because you risk liver and kidney damage. The 120 mg dose is to be taken only for 9 days maximum. 90 mg dosing is used for longer periods. Talk to your Dr if this medication alone is not alleviating your joint pain. They may have a different med or additional med that you can safely take for pain relief .
