Foot pain: I assume there has been no recent trauma. If the pain( usually the heel area) is worse upon first standing on your foot and tends to lessen somewhat as the day goes on only to get worse again upon arising, plantar fasciitis is a likely cause. A podiatrist is best to evaluate, treat and follow you for this problem as it could be a long-lasting condition.
