? carpal tunnel: Carpal tunnel syndrome causes pinching of median nerve at wrist and is not uncommon during pregnancy. Most cases remit after labor and delivery, but some require therapeutic intervention. An OTC remedy is use of wrist splints especially at night. If this continues, it might benefit you to contact your regular doctor, and check if this is correct diagnosis or if other problems are causing this.
