Neurologic symptoms: Probably not related to what you ate. May be neurologic, like tic doloreaux or Bell's palsy. May be from a traumatic incident. Could be viral. Other possibilities le causes. It may be a one-time incident. If it happens again, see your General Physician to begin the diagnostic process.

Probably anxiety: I would assume that you have eaten the same food at McDonald's. It is possible that your are showing a sensitivity to something in the food. If this continues, follow up with your PCP.
