See your Dr: Abdominal pain worse with full bladder can indicate a mass. Some common causes include: Ovarian cyst, endometriosis, UTI, Lymphoma, Diverticulitis, etc. Consult with a Dr in person to have a thorough exam/imaging/labs to determine the underlying condition and treatment
