Consult in person: Good day. Assuming you have a painful swelling in the front of your chest, it might involve inflammation/infection of the sternum or joints where ribs attach to sternum, or involve skin or underlying muscle, or even lungs. Difficulty breathing can result from superficial painful stretching, but could also involve the lungs or surrounding deep tissue. Consult in person or by video.
