Emergency room: Sounds like an allergic reaction to something but you may or may not know from what. If his lips are swelling despite treating with allergy medications, he should be seen at an emergency room or urgentcare center. If his doctor is easily reachable, you can call them first. If he is having difficulty breathing or swallowing, call emergency services or go straight to the ER.
