Hard to know: If this behaves like other viral illnesses we would expect you to be immune for at least this season/year if not longer. If you were exposed & acquired it it would likely be less symptomatic than the 1st time. Until the disease has been around for a few years & we have population studies that evaluate that question we can only speculate at this point.

Yes: It has been reported that immune response to Covid 19 infection does not allow a long immunity.
