Maybe but not like covid. The producers of the vaccine caution all to avoid the vaccine soon after the disease, 90 days minimum delay in the case of Maderna's product. I have heard from recipients with the same story that felt achy & faint after the recent March 1,2021 dose but I consider that a good sign of a partial protective response by lingering covid antibody, not a threat.

If you had severe COVID 19 symptoms - No, vaccine should not cause that. COVID 19 vaccines (to date) may cause some local or generalized symptoms that usually last for several days or less. You are blessed if you are able to get a COVID 19 vaccine at your age. It will help to protect you against additional strains in the future.
