Highly unlikely: Of the millions of people who got infected with Covid-19, the number getting reinfected can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
