My fiance woke up feeling weak with a sore throat. she also has diarrhea and is struggling to breathe (she had to take her asthma pump which did help). she doesn't feel feverish but we dont have a thermometer. should we screen for covid-19?

COVID concerns: Actually if she has continued difficulty breathing she likely needs to be seen. In South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not. You can consult your local primary care provider. There are also other resources such as “Talk –to-Doctor” on HealthTap. In USA the testing policies vary by state.
