Having very sore knees 10 weeks postpartum.... difficult to get up bend down on knees what could the problem be?

True arthritis is uncommon at age 35, but pregnancy at this age may contribute to these symptoms. If symptoms are persistent, obtain a referral to an orthopedic physician.
